Return/Exchange Policy

At Madison Avenue of Fashions, we want you to love and enjoy what you order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Returned items must come back to us in their original condition (not washed or worn). Simply fill out the return form and send us the items you would like to return/exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns

Madison Avenue of Fashions recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and you will be refunded for all items returned. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

Exchanges

Madison Avenue of Fashions is pleased to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item. We also recommend that you give us a call to hold the item(s) that you want instead. That way it won’t sell out before your original merchandise gets back to us. PLUS we will pay to have your exchange shipped out to you using our Standard Shipping.
